Occupational wellbeing
The target of occupational emotional health is a working community which encourages good cooperation, creativity and trying one’s best. Occupational wellbeing can be strengthened and developed if work is organised and scaled in a meaningful way. Employees experience higher job satisfaction if their work is suitably challenging and provides them with opportunities to learn and develop.
- Emotional abuse will not be tolerated at the Laanila industrial park. Everyone has the right to physical and emotional integrity at the workplace. Emotional abuse is against the law. Emotional abuse may lead to the termination or cancellation of an employment relationship.
- It is the supervisor’s task to look after his or her subordinates. The supervisor should intervene immediately in any problems in the working atmosphere in his or her department.
- If you feel like you have been treated in a manner that conflicts with the rules for a healthy working community, contact your supervisor or industrial safety delegate.
