Using machines and equipment

• It is forbidden to remove protective equipment when a machine is running.
• Only equipment designed and constructed for use in flammable and explosive work (ATEXapproved) may be used in flammable and explosive areas.
• If you observe deficiencies in safety gear or danger of an accident, inform your supervisor immediately.

Equipment maintenance

• Be sure to clean and service tools and equipment immediately after use.
• Always check the electrical safety of electrical equipment.
• Report any malfunctions to your supervisor immediately.
• Do not carry out temporary repairs: always leave maintenance procedures to a professional.
• Do not use faulty equipment.
